Middle Notes in First Position
Lesson 2.2 · First Position
The middle notes start on the lowest line of the treble clef staff and extend to the D on the second-to-top line. These notes are used to play chordal parts and melodies. Remember the first-position fingers — fret 1: index, fret 2: middle, fret 3: ring, fret 4/5: pinky.
